Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest

and yeah. Great movie. Not recommened for people who havent caught the first one though. Lots of inside jokes. You'll have to know Curse of the Black Pearl very well to understand Dead Man's Chest.

Everything about Jack is funny. The "snip snip" part, "hide the rum" and "oh bugger". There was a joke on Singapore. Will Turner was searching for Jack. He asked this guy and i think he said, "Jack is in Singapore" Something like dat. Also, in the first movie, Jack said something like, "I take it you havent been to Singapore" True enough, the third movie, releasing in 2007, will revolve a little bit on Singapore, with a Chinese villain named Sao Feng. Shud be played by Chow Yun Fatt.

Other than Jack, Barbossa is back too. The villain of the first movie. At the end of Dead Man's Chest, surviving crew of the Black Pearl vows to "sail to the edge of the Earth and beyond" to save Captain Jack Sparrow. But in order to do so, they will need a captain who is "the Devil himself" Captain Barbossa then appears and asks,"So what is left of me ship?" Something like dat.

The resurrection of Barbossa. If you can recall from Curse of the Black Pearl, one guy said, "... a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out" There you have it. Oh and he's monkey is still alive. It's undead.

Now everyone starts saying things like, "Lets do ROD well", "Lets make ROD the best of all"

They dont seem to realize dat we only have one month left.

This is gonna be one hell of a ride.

we judged them just by looking at some of them and by looking at onli some events

we tried to show attitude

we succeeded

and realized that we showed it to the wrong people

the people who didnt deserve it

so its true what they say

that you treasure things when they are gone

but this story doesnt end here

trust me

Legacy of the Azzuri

And so it happened..

Italy the Azzuri, defeated France the Les Blues. By the smallest of all margin. A 1 penalty difference. Somehow, when Trezeguet was taking that penalty, i knew he was gonna miss. And dat miss was what cost the French, the ultimate prize. The World Cup.

For Italy, it was a great performance, defensively. Its such a pleasure to see Italian defenders like Cannavaro, Zambrotta and Gattuso taking on the French with such ease. The French were tight in defense too, with Thuram and Gallas. But when it goes to penalties, everything changes. France, obviously had no chance. They were missing 3 regular penalty takers. Zidane, sent off, and Viera and Henry, substituted out. You could see the Azzuri winning.

And as for Zinedine Zidane, i feel sorry for him. He thought he was going to end off his career with a fairy tale ending. Instead, it ended abruptly with a red card. He didnt even get to receive his silver medal. Many wonder, who Zidane really is. He smiles like an angel, helping his team go so far. Yet he reacts with such unproffesianalism. Maybe he deserved it.

For the man who won himself the Golden Ball Award, i wish him goodluck to his retirement and future life. Though i still think Fabio Cannavaro deserves the award better.

World Cup Heartbreak

I was so close to being correct about the goalless game. But in the second last minute it happened.
Russo(not sure of spelling) scored a somewhat impossible goal. And after that, it seemed like Germany gave up and let Del Piero score a second. I feel like a curse man..

I predicted:

Australia to win Italy. Italy won
Switzerland to win Ukraine. Ukraine won
Netherlands to win Portugal. Portugal won
England to win Portugal. Portugal won
Germany to win Italy. Italy won

But kudos to the Germans for that special opening match. They performed some great football throughout the competition and fans shud be proud. They're not going home anyway, they already are.

And as for tonight, i'm supporting France and i predict a French victory. Shud I?

Disaster

Sian.. today again kena punishment for all our wrong doings in NCC. Dun wanna elaborate too much la. But maybe the NCOs exaggerated just a lil bit. I except the session just now as a punishment which was reasonable.

Dunnoe shud watch tonite's Germany vs Italy anot. Feel so tired. And i have a feeling it will go down to penalties after a long goalless wait. No matter wad, i'll be rooting for Germany all the way.

AJ NIGHTMARE

woo! Woke up at 11 again. just in time to get a weekly dose of GSD. and...

.. FRANCE DID IT!!!

Brazil beaten 1 -0 by the French.. All thanks to the prowess of Thierry Henry, the vigilance of the defence, a trickery of Franck Ribery and a vintage performance by Zinedine Zidane.

So it looks like the French are up against the Portugese. Both teams, i believe, with their golden generation.

.. The question is

Who's side will

Abraham Joseph

be on?!?!

woots.. Woke up at 11.
dont usually do so.

but anyway..

wex watchin Germany vs Argentina.
not the best of all matches
but..

.. any match that goes to penalties is thrilling.

Jens Lehmann saved 2 shots.

And Germany wins 4 - 2 by penalties
Original score 1 - 1.

Klose did it again!
