right now, packing my bag for tmr's camp
NCOs Course, better knowned as Leadership Course.
not too long, 2 days 1 night.
shud have nothing to fear in this camp.
its mainly specialization trainings
meaning, an Administrative Sergeant would learn admin stuff,
Quartermaster would learn logistics stuff,
and things like that
i dont really know wad im up against actually
i dunnoe wad an Assistant Platoon Sergeant(APS) has to train on.
Additionally, my APS post isnt confirmed yet.
which gives me this big fear of screwing up.
but i dont think i'll be IC of any big shit
and as long as i give standard,
pay attention, do things the right way,
think before i speak and do,
i shud be leaving the camp with a smile.
It has been a great and long fight for this APS appointment.
Ive been holding on to it for quite a time.
Appointment list was pinned on the board and for a moment i felt relieved.
But now, they reannounce dat the the appointments are tentative.
Just have to keep on fighting
So wad REALLY to expect?
Talks, lessons, field cooking, cheering for food,
sleeping damn late, waking up early,
sharing of toilets
AND THE LIST GOES ON
