ALL WRONG AGAIN

Fuck dat song. Training DID screw up. And it screwed up big time. Punishment 100 and still owe 50. Main problems:

- Training plan
- Didnt Follow Training Plan
- Acting like NCOs

For the first 2 reasons, i agree, our fault. For last one, no. Firstly, blamed for using handphone in front of cadets. Some of us didnt know dat was disallowed. Anyway it was inevitable. Onli first few times taking training. Need to make alot of calls to each other.

Then, I certainly didnt see any of us carefreely walking around. At least for me, i did run everywhere i went. And as for the Part Cs inside AVA room, i tot they wud slack. But they didnt. Shows that we still know where our stand is in the company.

Talking about AVA room, about the "briefing" we had there. Yes, it was kind of crappy. But how long do we have anyway? Now dat we have gathered the company, why not just intro our appointments and give them the rough idea of ROD? Yes, it might have looked like we were showing off, but this is a misconception. Actually we wanted to have a longer briefing, but due to improfesionalism, we screwed up, and i admit, wasted time. Luckily i clarified this to the CLT.

The only thing good dat i took back from today's training was the fact dat we wud be doing ROD in school, not CATHAY. Cuz it saves us dat much time, money and work. For the rest of the day, id say it was effed up. And one more time this happens, i might lose interest.

Nevertheless, im still working hard on this ROD thing.
